SBC Kicks Off the Seminar Season With a Packed House in Miami!

The Coalition’s 2024 In-Building Public Safety Communications Seminar season is off to a fantastic start as Chief Alan Perdue and team hosted our largest-ever seminar audience at Fire Tower Miami on January 31st.
 
Almost 150 first responders, government officials, industry reps, et al packed the room for an engaging last day of January in the Sunshine State.

Non-compliance with all Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules regulating the utilization of signal boosters can severely compromise the effectiveness of the public safety communication system. Indeed, the importance of adhering to FCC regulations, specifically Rule 47 CFR Part 90.219, which mandates obtaining express written consent from the frequency license holder before operating a public safety signal booster, cannot be overstated.

Alas, failure to comply with current regulations is all too common. How do we rectify this?
