SBC 2025 Seminars: An Overview of the Planning Process

Planning for the 2025 Safer Buildings Coalition Seminar season gets underway next month. Building on this year's record-breaking program, '25 looks to be one of our most ambitious years ever. We encourage our members to get involved by sponsoring and attending events as we take our mission on the road once again. 

Much more information will follow over the next months, but here is an overview of what to expect. (All communication will be sent to the Primary Points of Contact on file.)

TIMELINE 

Immediately: Update your company information, including primary point of contact. A survey is headed your way soon.
October (exact date TBD): Sponsorship OFFICIAL Ballot Select your Cities

November (exact date TBD): 
Preliminary Results Published

Late November / early December (exact date TBD).
 Lock In Date: Sponsors must commit to their city picks by the Lock-In Date. Upon locking in, Sponsors will be invoiced and SBC will begin planning the 2025 Seminar venues, marketing and travel. After the Lock-In date, SBC may accept additional requests from members to hold seminars in additional cities. 

Round 2 will begin shortly after the conclusion of Round 1: An email will be sent to the Primary Contacts for each paid tier member company to provide link to submit bids for the remaining available cities. (some slots may be reserved to allow for new members joining throughout 2025.)
