Changes coming to the current SBC Board:

Thank you to outgoing Immediate Past President Prince Niyyar, Commdex who has completed three years of Board service!

  • David Adams, PCTEL, transitions to Immediate Past President of the Board – Thank you for your leadership David!

"Having served on the Safer Buildings Board of Directors for four years, first as treasurer and then as Vice President, I am now set to assume the presidency of this esteemed association. During my tenure, I have had the privilege of witnessing the executive team accomplish remarkable feats. Our board has left an indelible mark from spearheading policy changes in Florida, authoring the Safer Buildings Coalition Complete ERCES Handbook, and orchestrating the Wireless Tech & Policy Summit in DC.

In the dynamic and ever-evolving public safety landscape, having a dedicated team that can effectively guide government agencies, developers, manufacturers, carriers, and system integrators is crucial. John Foley, Alan Perdue, and Seth Buechley are the pillars of this team. They have meticulously crafted a robust policy framework that is a reliable resource for all stakeholders, providing them with the guidance and answers they need.

As the Safer Buildings Coalition continues to evolve and expand, I am filled with pride to be part of the board that is steering the executive team and SBC toward growth, development, and stability. Despite the challenges posed by new technology, policies, and leadership, we are committed to maintaining a balance between stability and change, ensuring a promising and adaptive future for the SBC."
