Lisa Traverse joins Safer Buildings Coalition with passion to continue and grow the mission. She worked with one of our members, Alliance Corporation, for 14 years, and while with Alliance she was one of our greatest allies helping to promote our seminars. Lisa has over 25 years’ experience working in the IT & Telecoms space, in the US, Canada and EMEA. She’s worked for a range of companies, including OEMs, consulting firms, integrators, distributors, and even a short stint with the foreign service.

“My husband is a police officer, so I have a very personal interest, and first-hand knowledge, of how wireless dead zones impact first responders. And with kids in high school, I am very aware of the lack of coverage in schools. I have been in many high school gyms with no cell signal, which is a huge safety concern. I am excited to have this opportunity to make a real difference with SBC, and I look forward to talking with marketing contacts at all member companies, so get ready for a call!

"Lisa and Alison bring a wealth of experience and passion to their new roles, and we are excited to have them on board as we continue our mission to make buildings safer for everyone through connectivity. Their skills and dedication will be invaluable as we pursue our initiatives to eliminate wireless dead spots and improve communication for both the public and emergency responders.

Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Lisa and Alison! We look forward to their contributions and are excited for the journey ahead with them as part of our amazing team."

Chief Alan Perdue (ret.)
